Get Dell PC Service Tag through cmd shell

Sometimes the service tag sticker can’t be found on a PC. Instead of rebooting the machine and looking for the service tag of a Dell machine in the BIOS settings, run the following command: wmic bios get serialnumber The service tag will be printed to stdout
